This condo is located within the walls of El Presidente. El Presidente is located directly on Siesta Key Beach. In 2007, the Travel Channel voted Siesta Key Beach Florida's #2 Best Beach. This complex offers Direct beach access - no traffic to cross, a Swimming Pool, Therapy Pool, Tennis Court, On-site Laundry room, Bike rack, Covered Assigned Parking, and Credit Cards are happily accepted. Mote Marine is located on Lido Key and known world wide for its Dolphin and Whale hospital. For the Naturalist, we have the Myakka River and Oscar Scherer State Park. Here you can canoe, kayak, and hike to see the Florida wildlife up close. Want to visit the famous MOUSE house?(Disney World) It's only 2 hours away, along with all the other attractions that Orlando has to offer. If you don't want to go that far, Busch Gardens is just a little over a hour away in Tampa. So no matter what the activity, whether its shelling on the beach in the sugar white sand or enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony - Siesta Key and Sarasota have it all.

Most Importantly!!: The location of the El Presidente is exceptional. It's Easy On and Easy Off the South Bridge ( Stickney Point Bridge). No sitting in long lines of traffic. A five minute walk will take you to Tiki Bars and Restaurants, and great souvenir shopping. Boat rentals and para-sailing are just around the corner. All major Grocery stores, Clothing stores, and Book stores are within one and a half miles away. Shopping Malls and Cinemas are only 6 miles from home and the Public Library is just 3 miles.

Meet the Staff @ El Presidente: The El Presidente has a wonderful onsite staff to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. Our General Manager is Lori, she has worked in the hospitality industry for the last 10 years and has the experience to see that the complex and extended staff perform to their maximum ability. Our rental agent is Cindy and she also is onsite. Cindy has been in the customer service business for sometime. her objective is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Stop in and say 'hello' and meet the staff they are a wonderful group of people.
