Gorgeous, warm and cheery OCEAN BLOCK beach house 5 houses from the ocean. Granite gourmet kitchen with hardwood, stone, marble floors throughout. Garage has 2 washers, 2 dryers, 2 additional refrigerators, and large tables for seafood feasts! Plenty of saute pans, and chef cutlery. Quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to award winning Daddy O's restaurant and club. Walking distance to tennis, and indoor pool facility. Catholic church 1block, snynagogue 3 miles. Friday check-in/ check-out! Come and go in peace, without traffic!! Dual central air, and outdoor porches on oceanside and rear of home. Nice fenced in yard. Outdoor furniture. Maid service not included with rental. Not your typical rental house.
