Description of the Bass River vacation house rental
Location and location, combined with a home that is elegantly decorated reflecting charming Cape Cod traditions. An ideal setting less than 100 yards to Bass River (salt water) an additional 1/2 mile to historic Windmill Beach (ideal for seniors and children). Another 1/2 mile is a large public beach Smugglers/ South Yarmouth Beach with full facilities. Restaurants, shopping, miniature golf, batting cages and historical sites all within 1/2 mile. Forty five holes of great golf within a couple of miles. Something to satisfy everyone's desires. Meticulous manicured grounds in a very relaxing setting promoting outside activities. Private stone patio, screened -in breezeway, and outside hot/cold shower are some of the favorites.
