The complex has much to offer anglers and water sport enthusiasts…as well as those who want to enjoy the beach or just want to relax around the pool. Sunset on the Bay Condominiums is a well-maintained 16 story complex with two sets of elevators. The Rental Office is located on the ground floor, just behind the elevators. Sunset has an on-site manager as well as maintenance and maid staff. Amenities here at Sunset include: • Boat slips • Fishing pier with lights for night fishing • Fishing cleaning area • Heated swimming pool • Lap pool • Hot tub • Boat launching area just to the south • Windsurf launching area just to the north • Gated boat and trailer storage area • Health Club with Racquetball Courts • Tennis Court • A short three block walk to the beach! Unit 1202 has two living areas, two bedrooms, two baths, and will sleep up to five.
