Imagine waking up to a beautiful morning sunrise over the ocean and having your coffee while sitting on the large front lawn. You can walk within 2 minutes to Short Sands downtown area. There are restaurants, shops, an amusement park, bike/kyak rentals, bowling, arcade and a beautiful beach area with a boardwalk. The house offers sleeping up to 8 people. 3 Bedrooms and Den/Bedroom. The amenities are: Fully applianced kitchen, laundry, living room, dining room, sunroom, fireplace and 1 1/2 bathrooms, Cable TV. ***If you are interested in renting for more than 1 week then there will be a discount of $100 off for each week. Pets welcome To make and hold a reservation, a down payment of 50%, plus a $300 security deposit will be required once you receive confirmation from me of availability via phone or email. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days if the home is left as you found it. **Please send your deposit ASAP (within 10 days)after confirmation.
