  • A $500.00 Holding Fee due with signed contract within 7 days mailed to owner to hold the reservation.
    The Holding Fee will convert to a Security Deposit and will be returned within 2 weeks after lease expiration less any amount deducted for damages and excess cleaning charges.
    Rent and 7% Maine sales tax due 45 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation Policy: Deposit and Weekly Rental Fees Paid will be refunded to the extent we are able to find a replacement rental for the week(s) you have rented.
