'Chateau Champagne' in Destin Towers is our gulf front, charming and spacious (1330 sq ft) 2 BR, 2 BA condo in the heart of Destin right on the Gulf of Mexico on Florida's Emerald Coast. Chateau Champagne was lovingly remodeled and redecorated light and bright with a 'French Cottage on the Beach' flair in June, 2007. Remodel features include: Granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, new stainless steel appliances, new kitchen and bath sinks and fixtures, new Thomasville kitchen cabinets and vanities, new tile - everything has been updated. Enjoy fantastic Gulf views from the Gulf front balcony, living room, and master bedroom. When you are ready for the beach, simply take the elevator down, walk past our pool, and onto the Destin beach. This unit has all of the comforts of home, but it's right on the beach, and the ideal spot to relax and watch the dolphins at play.

Destin Towers: Destin Towers is in the best location in the city of Destin, directly across from Big Kahuna's Water Park and close to shopping (Destin Commons Mall, Silver Sands Outlet Mall), fine restaurants, and best of all, on the best stretch of sugar white sands and aqua-blue waters, an ideal spot to watch the dolphins at play and enjoy your well-earned beach vacation. Destin Towers was completely renovated in 2006, and was named as a 'Top Pick' Destin Condominium resort by Southern Living Magazine in its 2007 'Destin Family Beach Guide.' In that article, Southern Living said that after a few days at Destin Towers, you will feel more like a resident than a visitor. Destin has been voted 'Best Beach in America' by the readers of USA Today, and 'Best Family Destination' for 13 years in a row by the readers Southern Living Magazine. Destin Towers is a low-density condo, with only 45 units, and only about half available for rental, so you won't have to jostle to get a front row beach spot.

This was our second time to stay in this beautiful condo. It is true to its pictures and descriptions. The owners are fabulous to work with. The condo is close to everything that you would want to do and enjoy! We are looking forward to a return trip. We stayed from March 14-21, 2009

We stayed Christmas week and the view is awesome. It felt like you were on a cruise looking out the sliding glass doors. Very Cozy & Comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for a week in Chateau Champagne in the spring of 2008 and had a fantastic time and would recommend it to anyone. Great Views, terrific location. We had 4 teenagers and 2 adults and can't wait to return.

We just returned from a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation at Chateau Champagne. The weather was unbelievable - everyday we were able to go to the beach. The condo is beautiful and so spacious. We were able to see dolphins swimming from the balcony.
We will be back.

My husband and I spent a wonderful week at Chateau Champagne with my mom and my brother. We couldn't ask for better accommodations! The condo is beautifully decorated and offers an awesome view of the beach and ocean and we enjoyed breakfast out on the patio every morning. The location is perfect - it's close to everything. Destin is a great spot for a relaxing vacation and we would definitely recommend Chateau Champagne.
