Wonderful cottage in a family oriented beach community (QEBA). Drive or bike to private beach (beach pass provided) on Block Island Sound. Walk to Quonnie pond for boating and clamming. Cottage has modern kitchen and appliances, cable TV, WiFI, washer/dryer, outdoor shower. Lovely yard and deck. Conveniently located 15 minutes from Amtrak station, 50 min from airport. Close to many activities. Available by the week.

Cottage is located in area rich with activities for everyone in the family. 15 min from Westerly - with wonderful art festivals, music festivals, plays, antique stores, restaurants and Amtrak station. Close to several golf courses. Within 45 minutes: Newport, Mystic Aquarium, Providence Airport, Foxwoods Casino (not just gambling - many music/comedy headliners!), Univer of RI., Block Island Ferry. Or stay at home and enjoy the beach as well as clamming and boating at the Quonnie Pond.

Very comfortable beach house, well equipped, clean, nice open first floor , quiet,beautiful area, safe, pretty back yard. rode bikes and walked everywhere. Owners were very nice to work with.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

My family and I have been renting beach houses for a number of years and I have to say this was probably our favorite. The house is very user-friendly, the yard is lovely and it's all only a 10 minute walk to a beautiful, clean beach!

Amenities were exactly as described. The property was clean and very well maintained and the owners were wonderful to work with.

We hope to return next year!
