This stunning new beach home was designed by the Editor & Publisher of an international travel publication to meet her needs for a place to relax and retreat when not staying in the most luxurious resorts in the world. Those experiences have enabled her to incorporate many comforts and amenities only found in the best hotels. The open living room enjoys a huge wood burning fireplace framed by a custom mantle that hides a 47' HDTV. French doors open the living room to the bluestone patio, pergula and pool to one side and to a screened porch/summer dining room and 25' wide water feature on the other. Each of the five Queen bedded bedrooms have televisions and French Doors opening onto either a patio, pool, private sun-deck or massive screened porch. The swimming pool resembles a natural lagoon surrounded by beautiful flowering gardens, waving beach grasses and sensuous lavender.Of course there is a large outdoor shower and sunning beds. Sorry, No singles under 25 & no parties.

Notes: This perfect summer vacation home has it all - and more. It includes access to a private gated Beach and Marina within walking distance from the house. The Beach is protected by a lifeguard and berthed at the marina is a two passenger kayak for the exclusive use of the home's tenants. There are also two bicycles and various pool floats and toys. At the back of the home is a 30' x 15' screened porch next to a 25' long waterfall feature. Another patio invites summer dining and lounging by gardens landscaped by one of East Hampton's most prized landscape artists. A bocce court provides additional family fun as do horseshoes and a ping pong table. Hammocks are virtually everywhere - a total of five hammocks around the property. The kitchen is completely furnished with all dishes, tableware and cooking utensils, the house ready for entertaining. There is a wood-burning fireplace to warm any cool evenings. All you need to do is bring your clothes - and very few of them....
