This stunning new beach home was designed by the Editor of an international travel publication to meet her needs for a place to relax and retreat when not staying in the most luxurious resorts in the world. Those experiences have enabled her to incorporate many comforts and amenities only found in the best hotels.

The open living room enjoys a huge wood burning fireplace framed by a custom mantle that hides a 47' HDTV. French doors open the living room to the bluestone patio, pergola and pool to one side and to a screened porch/summer dining room and 25' wide water feature on the other. Each of the five Queen bedded bedrooms have televisions and French Doors opening onto either a patio, pool, private sun-deck or massive screened porch. The heated swimming pool resembles a natural lagoon surrounded by beautiful flowering gardens, waving beach grasses and sensuous lavender.Must be no more than 4 unrelated adults, limited to 10. Sorry, No singles under 25 & no parties.

Notes: This perfect summer vacation home has it all - and more. It includes access to a private gated Beach and Marina within walking distance from the house. The Beach is protected by a lifeguard and berthed at the marina is a two person kayak for the exclusive use of the home's tenants. There are also two bicycles and various pool floats and toys. At the back of the home is a 30' x 15' screened porch next to a 25' long water feature and patio. Another patio invites summer dining and lounging by the heated lagoon shaped pool & gardens landscaped by one of East Hampton's most prized landscape artists. A bocce court provides additional family fun. Hammocks are virtually everywhere - a total of five hammocks around the property. The kitchen is completely furnished with all dishes, tableware and cooking utensils, the house ready for entertaining. There is a wood-burning fireplace to warm any cool evenings. All you need to do is bring your clothes - and very few of them....

Beautiful home..... Spent a week with my family and enjoyed every minute of it. The home is beautiful and perfect for a family getaway or a romantic getaway. The back yard/patios could have been kept up a bit better, but 90% of our time was spent in the beautiful lagoon pool which is located in the front of the home as pictured.. The home is filled with beautiful mirrors and french doors. It is fully equipped with everything you could need. It is a short walk to the local beach where we utilized the canoe or about a 15-20 minute ride to the Main East Hampton beach.... Overall worth every penny and would stay here again.....

Superb September Stay

September just may be the best time to visit "The Hamptons" and this was the perfect choice for out annual family gathering. First, the home owner was extremely easy to work with and professional in every way. Secondly,the home exceeded our expectations! It is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you could need. In addition to the inviting indoor fireplace there is a second one outdoors on a patio which we enjoyed most evenings while having dinner alfresco. The Bocci Court was a new game for us and lots of family laughs and fun. The gardens are exceptional and I,personally, could have spent the entire week sitting by the pool just enjoying the garden. My only word of caution is that you may not want to leave!

Perfect family Easter

We really loved your home for our extended family gathering during Easter Week.
The kitchen was perfect for multiple cooks, and we enjoyed congregating around the fireplace. The sleeping accomadations worked well for us, and everything we needed was available.
We would certainly recommend this home to any vacationing family, in any season.

Interior layout is accurately defined, however all exterior patio and porch areas were poorly maintained and dirty. Owner was not responsive regarding complaints concerning overall condition and non working 'amenities' despite numerous contacts. Parking for more than two vehicles is problematic. Overpriced and underwhelming.
Owner's Response: We respond to all requests promptly and efficiently as we did these which turned out to be unfounded and did not warrant the full refund for the two day visit as demanded by the tenant.
These eight women arrived during a fierce rain and wind storm on a Friday evening. Unfortunately, the next and last day of their visit the outdoor patio and deck were wet and covered with fallen leaves from this late September storm and this was interpreted as dirty and unkept.
The other unwarranted complaints had to do with the lights not being bright enough, (they are on dimmer switches which were turned down low) and that a tub in one of the four bathrooms did not hold water, (the plumber who inspected the following day reported that he found no leaks and that the drain must not have been engaged properly.)
This is a private home with parking for three cars. Each of the eight women brought her own car.
The tenant was informed of these results three times and threatened to write a bad review if a refund was not issued. No refund was issued.
