This beautiful newly remodeled 2br 2.5 bath town home is located across the street from the 11th hole of the Arnold Palmer golf course. The back yard looks out over a gorgeous multi-level lake. There are two common area pools that are very close. One is across the street with gorgeous views of the Santa Rosa mountains. The other is spectacular, built out onto the lake you feel like you are on a tropical Island. The interior of the home is decorated with a Tommy Bahama theme in mind with plantation shutters, white washed cabinets,new appliances and granite counter tops. Both second story bedrooms look out over the lake. Even though you are surrounded by golf there are no golfer going by your door. The back yard has a very private feel. It is a great place for a barbecue or just relaxing after a long day of golf.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a three week getaway in this beautiful townhouse. We both have hectic full time jobs so this was the perfect environment to relax and refuel. The owners are lovely people and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate and make sure our stay was the best it could be. I would highly recommend this as a relaxing romantic getaway - the perfect way to enjoy the sunshine and forget about all your worries!

Great place, very clean, neat. Beautiful view from patio. great location.. and the price for summer is great. We had a very nice, relaxing time for a weekend. Highly recommended!!!
