Three Bedroom, two bath, two-car garage home that sleeps six in the Silverthorn Development, a gated golf course community in Spring Hill, Florida off Barkley between Powell & Cortez Blvd. Home is less than 4 years old & is beautifully decorated with new furniture, pictures and artwork. Berber carpeting is throughout except for ceramic tile in kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. Great room has sectional sofa, recliner, and 27 inch TV with DVD player. Dining room has table with six chairs. Master bedroom has new bedroom set including a king size bed, large dresser, 19 inch TV. Master bath has twin sinks, and large shower. Second bedroom has a new bedroom set with queen size bed, and large dresser. Third bedroom has a desk, desk chair, chest of drawers, daybed the opens into two twin, Second bath has tub/shower. All linens and towels are included. Kitchen has garbage disposal, ceramic top stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, refrigerator w/ ice maker. Dishes, pot and pans, & utensil
