The property is just a few minutes away from the historical center of Rome, from the Vatican City and St. Peter on via Gregorio VII. Very well connected by public transportation (subway or bus). Recently renovated, the apartment is located on the third floor of the building (with elevator) and It is divided into a beautiful loft bedroom with a double bed (or two single beds) and a regular size sofa bed (160 cm of width), a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a dining room area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a balcony. It can accommodate up to 4 guests and includes the following items in the price: - microwave oven, - refrigerator - toaster, - coffee-maker, - hair dryer - TV Bedclothes and towels are provided and changed every four or five nights for the guests’ convenience. Final cleaning is also included
