Do You Want the Most for Your Money? We have a very large hot tub fits 6-8 people while the snow descends. You can warm up in the family room around the pellet stove (pellets included) and the 64' big screen TV while checking your email (high speed internet). Pool table, Foosball, Ping Pong and darts in the enclosed porch and TV’s with upgraded cable and DVD/VCR combos in 3 rooms. We provide you with games, linens, and paper products; just bring your clothes and food! Our home sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. Stay where all the Best Families Do! Nicely furnished rancher in a private, family oriented neighborhood. There are very few homes on our street. Views of the National Forest from the front and back of the home. We are situated on ¼ acre lot.

Our home is 1 mile from the Lake for fishing, water-skiing and swimming. The rapidly developing downtown area is only 1 mile away. Gourmet restaurants are just a hop and a skip. The close proximity to all areas makes this a destination for all seasons.

Ski: We are 1 mile away from Heavenly's parking lot. You can hear the lifts from the front of our house and can actually hike there. Sierra at Tahoe is approximately 20 minutes away and Kirkwood is 30 minutes away.

Golf: Three local golf courses in the area in all price ranges.
