Welcome to our home Dune Breeze, newly built in 2005, with a short stroll to a sun-drenched sugar white beach and emerald waters of the gulf. Very few newer homes are closer to the beach. This home features four spacious bedrooms and three full baths. Located on Panama City Beach with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. This home offers plenty of square footage for larger families and those family reunions. Snow birds- great for 3 couples!! The welcoming rental includes three floors, ground level has all ceramic tile floors, crown moulding through out the foyer, a great room dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a full size washer and dryer, a master suite with a king-size bed leading to full size private bath.

The second floor has three additional large bedroom rooms, one with a queen-size bed with room for a baby portacrib, a bunk room with two twin size beds, the third a king-size suite with a private bath, and balcony to view the awesome sunsets. The top floor loft has an spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and may be used as additional sleeping area.

Dune Breeze is located close (about 5 miles) to the fabulous shopping and entertainment destination, Pier Park. Pier Park includes Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville Restaurant, Marble Slab Creamery, Target, Starbucks, Old Navy, JC Penney, Panera Bread, Peace Frogs, Chico's, PacSun, Reggae J's Island Grill, Ron Jon Surf Shop, The Grand movie theaters, Coldwater Creek, and Hollisters, just to name a few.
