Spacious 3 Bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms & Aircon

With pool views this spacious house is on a residential gated complex, where many owners rent their private properties. It is in an ideal location minutes away from restaurants, bars & supermarkets. The ground floor of the house has a front garden and terrace with table & chairs for dining and has direct access to one pool. There is a flat screen TV with UK channels (to enable you to keep up to date with the latest UK programmes),dvd & ipod station. The kitchen is well equipped with all the equipment/utensils required for your stay. The washing machine is in the utility room on the rear terrace. The ground floor has a twin bedroom and a shower room with basin & wc. The first floor has two large bedrooms both with their own balconies, fitted wardrobes and bedside units, and a safe. The spacious bathroom has a corner bath and a vanity unit. Sun loungers and a BBQ can be used either on the front terrace or on the roof terrace. The house has sitting areas with both sun & shade. This is an ideal property for a family or a couple. The house is child friendly and play items left by previous guests are available to take to the beach. A cot and high chair can also be rented if required. Buses to Cartagena and Murcia run from Avenue de Libertad (the main road at the top of Isla de Tabarca). A car is not required for local visits. The communal areas (gardens, pools and pathways) are kept to a very high standard. During July and August there is a pool supervisor on duty at both swimming pools.

Golf: There are 2 beautiful golf courses and a driving range only minutes away in Los Alcazares itself and over 10 other courses within 30 minutes drive including the world renowned La Manga gold course. Many courses under the Polaris World developments are Jack Nicklaus designed. All golf equipment maybe rented locally (even shoes) and discounted green fees are available in shops in the Rio Nalon Square.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house which is in an ideal situation just a few minutes walk from the restaurants, bars, shops, and a large supermarket which is a big plus for us as you do not need a car. The house has views of one of the lovely pools and the fantastic beach is an easy stroll away. The house has everything that you could possibly need for a relaxing comfortable holiday and is spotlessly clean, it is very spacious and well cared for and is not your typical "holiday rental" property. We enjoyed having a bbq on the front terrace and sitting out with our drinks on the terrace. There are lots of different types of restaurants (Chinese is amazing @ 32 Euros for 4 including 2 bottles of wine). If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with lots of choices for eating in and out it is ideal. As we had not been to this area before we had lots of questions to ask and Glennis was very helpful in answering our questions and with flight information, details of the house and the area etc.

I would recommend this house for couples or a family and we are looking forward to coming back.

Everything about the property & complex was as described & in excellent condition. The grounds & pool were well maintained & quiet. As family of five we found everything there that we needed. Close to a variety of restaurants & shops & within walking distance of a good beach with many beach bars , sunbeds, umbrellas etc. Would highly recommend this property & the surrounding areas.

Lola House El Divino

My wife and I have just returned from another 2 weeks superb holiday in Los Alcazares. From the sea and beach area, promenade, beach bars and great choice of restaurants to suit most tastes and budgets, the whole area makes for a very relaxed unhurried holiday.
We have stayed in this property many times, and on each occasion there has always been items added or replaced to keep it as a top rate rental house. For example, this year new curtains, various pictures, new sun loungers, new towels and re-decoration all compliment previous years items. The property is always spotless on arrival.
The service and attention received from Glenys as always was faultless from the booking stage through to departure.

72 El Divino

Just back from two glorious weeks at 72 El Divino, a gem of three bedroom terraced house loaded with everything for a perfect holiday base and only minutes from good restaurants, bars and supermarkets. From the moment you are welcomed by meet-and-greet Glennis, a charming, ever-helpful contact, you are on a winner. My wife and I were accompanied by daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters, aged one and three - and everyone had a jolly, good time, mainly because of 72's facilities - a superb pool on the doorstep - and it's locality. Glennis even popped in with a bottle of bubbly to help my wife and I celebrate our ruby wedding anniversary. Favourite restaurant was Hemming-way, with menu to tickle the taste-buds and wine to match. This was El Divino by name and divine by nature. Really, 72 is just for you.

Ideal Family Location

We booked this property to accommodate our family from age 18 months to 75 years old, it was ideal as the walk to the main square, shops and bar/restaurants was very close. The pool area is very well maintained and secure. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. I have no hesitation in recommending this property and hopefully will return in the future.

Superb Holiday

The location of the villa is perfect. It is 10 mins from airport in cab and 10 mins walk from restaurants / bars and supermarkets and 15 mins from the beach. The villa is clean with great facilities. We are a family of 5 and 3 bedrooms, lounge kitchen and the various terraces and balconies made for a relaxing holiday. The villa is close to pool as well so ideal to swim and return to comfort of villa or terrace to catch the sun. Facilities in villa are great ie satalite tv, microwave, oven and fridge freezer.
The resort is ideal for families and prices in bars, restaurants and supermarkets were good so overall you get a relaxing holiday with good facilities at a fair price.
Glennis kept in contact with us from booking to arrival so all the keys etc were well arranged. The only disappointment was returning home and finding the villa booked for next year....but Glennis has sorted us alternative accomodation so can't wait to return next year

Excellent property

We have stayed on the El Divino complex many times in the 2 bedroom apartments. The extra space in the 3 bedroom was fantastic.

The actual location of the apartment in the complex is spot on as you can go to the pool and then collapse on the sunbeds on the front patio.

If you want a little more privacy the upstairs sun terrace is also well equipped for sunbathing/table & chairs.

The area itself has grown considerably over the 9 years we have been visiting. It has not become too touristy/tacky. There are plenty of bars and restaurants for all pockets and the supermarket food is top quality if eating in is your thing.

The area and complex is suitable for all ages. The locals are all friendly and happy to recommend places to visit and how to get there.

Glennis was so helpful and ensured that we were okay throughout our visit.

We would definitely recommend the property - very comfortable with plenty of entertainment if it becomes cooler, or more likely a little too hot. Books, games and plenty of tv channels.

Los Alcazares is situated on the Mar Menor a large inland sea, separated from the Mediterranean sea by the well known La Manga strip. The water temperature is usually 5 degrees warmer than the mediterranean and is very shallow and safe for children. The beach has the blue flag award and runs for 3 kms. The coastal area is the Costa Calida, which forms part of the Murcia region. There is a local ferry in summer that goes direct from Los Alcazares beach to the La Manga Strip so that you can enjoy a day on the beach at La Manga. Within walking distance is a local indoor sports centre & swimming pool for use in the cooler months. The historic town of Cartagena is a 15 minute drive away and Murcia City 30 minutes drive away, both are well worth a visit. There is a fantastic 3 day festival in Los Alcazares at Easter with a full procession, activities on the beach and a medieval market in the town centre.
