With pool views this spacious house is on a residential gated complex, where many owners rent their private properties. It is in an ideal location minutes away from restaurants, bars & supermarkets. The ground floor of the house has a front garden and terrace with table & chairs for dining and has direct access to one pool. There is a flat screen TV with UK channels (to enable you to keep up to date with the latest UK programmes),dvd & ipod station. The kitchen is well equipped with all the equipment/utensils required for your stay. The washing machine is in the utility room on the rear terrace. The ground floor has a twin bedroom and a shower room with basin & wc. The first floor has two large bedrooms both with their own balconies, fitted wardrobes and bedside units, and a safe. The spacious bathroom has a corner bath and a vanity unit. Sun loungers and a BBQ can be used either on the front terrace or on the roof terrace. The house has sitting areas with both sun & shade. This is an ideal property for a family or a couple. The house is child friendly and play items left by previous guests are available to take to the beach. A cot and high chair can also be rented if required. Buses to Cartagena and Murcia run from Avenue de Libertad (the main road at the top of Isla de Tabarca). A car is not required for local visits. The communal areas (gardens, pools and pathways) are kept to a very high standard. During July and August there is a pool supervisor on duty at both swimming pools.
Golf: There are 2 beautiful golf courses and a driving range only minutes away in Los Alcazares itself and over 10 other courses within 30 minutes drive including the world renowned La Manga gold course. Many courses under the Polaris World developments are Jack Nicklaus designed. All golf equipment maybe rented locally (even shoes) and discounted green fees are available in shops in the Rio Nalon Square.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house which is in an ideal situation just a few minutes walk from the restaurants, bars, shops, and a large supermarket which is a big plus for us as you do not need a car. The house has views of one of the lovely pools and the fantastic beach is an easy stroll away. The house has everything that you could possibly need for a relaxing comfortable holiday and is spotlessly clean, it is very spacious and well cared for and is not your typical "holiday rental" property. We enjoyed having a bbq on the front terrace and sitting out with our drinks on the terrace. There are lots of different types of restaurants (Chinese is amazing @ 32 Euros for 4 including 2 bottles of wine). If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with lots of choices for eating in and out it is ideal. As we had not been to this area before we had lots of questions to ask and Glennis was very helpful in answering our questions and with flight information, details of the house and the area etc.
I would recommend this house for couples or a family and we are looking forward to coming back.
