Large non-smoking 3 bedroom townhouse furnished and equipped to a high standard situated with pool and garden views in a secure gated private deluxe complex. The ground floor has a large air-conditioned lounge/dining area complete with Satellite TV, DVD player, books & cards etc for your use and a fully equipped fitted kitchen with hob/oven, m/wave, back terrace utility with w/machine. There is also a twin bedroom and shower-room. The first floor has a spacious fitted double bedroom with air con & balcony with views of the pool and gardens & a fitted twin bedroom with balcony. The large bathroom has a corner bath/shower. The house has its own private roof terrace complete with sun loungers for sunbathing & bbq. To the front of the house is a terrace and garden with table and chairs for outside dining or sitting with a drink with views of the pool. There are 2 pools, both with children's section. The supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all only a few minutes walk away.

Los Alcazares is on the edge of the Mar Menor a large inland sea, separated from the Mediterranean sea by the well known La Manga strip. The coastal area is the Costa Calida, which forms part of the Murcia region. There is a local ferry in summer that goes direct from Los Alcazares beach to the La Manga Strip so that you can enjoy a day on the beach at La Manga. Go karting is available on the airport road from Los Alcazares. Another local town that is worth a visit to is Santiago de la Ribera, which has a long promenade and beach that stretches 3 miles to Lo Pagan. Markets are in all the local towns on different days (local markets Saturday and Tuesday am) details are kept within the apartment. There is a fantastic 3 day festival in Los Alcazares at Easter with a full procession, activities on the beach and a medieval market in the town centre. Within walking distance is a local indoor sports centre & swimming pool for use in the cooler months and an outdoor pool at Mammas restaurant.

  • A deposit of £100 is payable to secure the booking with full payment to be received 6 weeks before departure. A damage deposit of £100 is required with the balance payment, this amount will be refunded to you on receipt of keys and confirmation from our agents that the property has been left in a satisfactory condition.
    Prices are fully inclusive of linen & towels (excluding beach towels), air conditioning, electricity, cleaning and welcome pack. Short breaks are available where the diary allows this. Please ring for rates. Departure time on the final day of your stay is 11am, unless previously arranged. Should you require two properties (i.e. 2 families traveling together) please call as we do have a 2 bedroom fully airconditioned apartment with private roof terrace overlooking the same pool and gardens as the house.
    Airport collections can be arranged for you.

Notes: Situated on a private secure gated complex. Ideal for adults or families with views of one of the swimming pools and gardens. The swimming pools and gardens are for the sole use of the residents, and are lit at night and look beautiful when looking out and enjoying a drink on the garden terrace or balcony. The private roof terrace has sun loungers and is an deal spot to catch up on your reading or sunbathing. The house is large enough for two families or couples wishing to share a property or anyone who likes that extra space. For golfers, the Roda and La Serena golf courses are approximately one mile away , no need to travel to La Manga! The complex is within a few minutes walk of lots of restaurants including, tapas, Indian, Chinese and Italian and very well stocked supermarkets. The LOLA house is a fantastic holiday rental and was a perfect base for our family of 4. More than enough space to accomodate 6 to 8 people. The house is very well maintained and furnished to a good standard.
The complex itself is excellent and the swimming pool is terrific. The holiday home is just a few minutes walk from a number of supermarkets and shops and is only a 10 minute stroll to the beach. If you have children I would walk to the beach and turn left past the sailing school where the beach is perfect for small children.
The small shopping strip with it's bars and restaurants offers plenty of choice to enjoy a pleasant meal and food.
This is an excellent holiday house in a fantastic location and thoroughly recommended to any family or families. The service from Glennis both pre, during and post the holiday was second to none. Thank you for a great holiday and we will be back next year.

The whole family enjoyed the entire week we spent at this accomodation. The house was very clean and comfortable with all the facilities you could wish for. The complex was very clean and well kept. Close to all amenities and the beach. Lovely restaurants near by. However we did feel that the residents and owners of some of the properties within the complex were very intolerant of people renting properties. People renting should be aware that there are very strict rules around the pool and should familiarise themselves with these prior to entering the pool or the surrounding area. Failure to do so could upset some people. Regardless of this we would return to this complex and would recommend to family and friends but not those with small children.

Just home, unfortunately, from an excellent week in Los Alcazares.

Villa is wonderful and spacious and very well equipped. The air-con was a blessing! Had everything you need for a great family holiday. Felt very safe there, gated complex, and gates and shutters on the house. The local residents were strict regarding the pool. My 8 year old daughter got told off for having a pink inflatable ring, and was told to read the rules! Apparantly no inflatables are allowed in the pool! There's 2 pools in the complex, in the other pool there were children everyday with lilos, much to the locals disgust though! We were good and just took a small ball in!

We have three children 8, 4 and 2, the area was perfect for us. It is a lovely leisurely stroll down to the beach, approx 20 mins at our speed with the kids! My husband ran there in 4 mins!

Our youngest son has coeliac disease and we were worried about feeding him. We took everything with us, but need not have bothered! The local Mecadona is extremely well equipped, and all foods are marked "sin gluten" which are suitable for coeliacs to eat. Better than here in the UK! The local restaurants were very accommodating also, but we did prefer a BBQ on an evening, as the selection of fish in the supermarket was fantastic, and great value! Although the large Chinese (boat style) near the house is a must, 6euros for a three course meal with wine! It was gorgeous and plentiful.

The bars in the square are great. We usually had a large jug of sangria for 3.50euros. In the summer months there are little market stalls in the square and kids facepainting, etc on a weekend.

Glennis who looks after the house, was staying in her apartment, and was a lovely, friendly lady and very helpful. Thanks again Glennis!

The beach is beautiful, but as someone has said turn left and walk past the Sailing School until you reach the kids playground, the beach there is beautiful and very safe. No seaweed or rocks. The beach was very crowded with Spanish people on a weekend.

A must at the beach is to hire a VW Bettle style pedlo boat...it was 15euros, but allowed all 6 of us on it for an hour. It has a slide into the sea. The kids loved it!

Also a lady called Gloria has a minibus and can take you to and from the airport for 12 or 15 euros. Saves messing around with taxis. She also put booster seats in for the kids.

Well, we will definately be going back, but for 2 wks next time!

Superb Relaxing Holiday

We stayed in the Lola with our family last year (September) and we could'nt have wished for more. The spacious accommodation meant we could do our own thing without getting in each others way. The roof terrace was great and the terrace was a nice place to sit, relax and enjoy a meal. I would certainly recommend this Town House to families - great value for money. Very clean and well maintained. The beaches were a 10 min stroll with restaurants near by. The pool area was near enough to the House to be able to have a dip whenever we felt like it. Will definitely be going back and would recommend to friends. The weather was amazing.
