Very large one bedroom, 1 full bath with tub/shower, suitable for 1 or 2 people.

Open and airy cottage with lots of character. Very peaceful with high cathedral ceilings. Beautiful view of undeveloped hillside from all three rooms. Lots of attention to detail. Antique wide boards and beams give a warm ambiance to this thoughtfully designed retreat. Quick walk to bay beach or short bike ride to the ocean. 7 miles to Provincetown. On Shuttle route. Comfortable Queen bed in first floor bedroom with extra sleeping on loft. Lovely grounds and mature gardens surround the cottage. Full Bath, Washer and Dryer, Outdoor Shower, Wireless Internet, and Cable.

Fully Winterized: The cottage is fully insulated and heated with two rinnai heaters for a comfortable retreat during fall and winter. The outer cape is a unique place off-season to find peace and quiet with endless beautiful walks and solitude. A perfect place to focus on creative pursuits or just relax.
