This unit is one of the largest with the best views. Over 200 square feet larger than the average unit. Undoubtedly, one of the very best condos at a lower price than any management company can offer. WE want tenants. New 44 inch, Sony Flat screen in the living room, new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Wonderful ski views. Excellent Wi-Fi access in this unit. Dakota lodge was recently upgraded with high speed access. Dakota Lodge is Located about 50 feet from a small grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks, shops, and ski rental shops. Less than 5 minutes walk from the ski lifts. We have flexible check-in/out times, and we mail key cards to you so you can go straight to the condo. Keystone Resort is one of the premier winter ski areas and summer events area of the USA. Keystone features 3 large mountains with 135 ski slopes, mountain biking trails, mountain climbing, hiking, whitewater rafting and much more. The Keystone village is something special. It is upscale but still comfortable. It features many shops, restaurants, bars, and even a small grocery store. Everything you could want is just a few feet away from your front door. No need to leave the resort unless you just want to. Keystone is one of the closest resorts to the Denver airport and it takes about an hour and 15 minutes to get to Keystone during good weather. The drive is scenic and has views of some of the most spectacular mountains anywhere. Keystone is only about five minutes from the towns of Dillon and Sliverthorne. If you need something the resort cannot offer, these towns have it. There is also a state of the art medical center 10 minutes from the resort..

Location Location Location: There is nothing like the right location. This condo has it all. It is 1 minute walking distance to all the shops and food establishments and it is less than five minutes to the main lift. The views are spectacular from all sides and the lodge is well equipped with all the features you will find in a 4 star hotel.

Coming Soon: In mid 2008 this unit will be upgraded to the highest level. New granite counters will be added along with new floor coverings, refreshing the bathrooms, HDTV in the living room, and much more. A great condo will be even better

Whats new?: In 2008 Vail resorts is investing huge amounts of money to make Keystone even better. The existing Gondola will be replaced with a new high speed, 8 passenger Gondola. It will also be moved closer to Keystone village which will shorten the walking distance from the condo to the Gondola. In the next few years Vail Resorts will also be rebuilding the Summit House lodge and making more improvements to Keystone Village. If you are thinking about investing in resort real estate, now is a great time to get into it.

OK - here comes a bit of a ramble, but you'll get the point...We (2 adults one toddler) stayed 7 nights in June 08, and we were extremely satisfied with the accommodations. It was very quiet, clean and spacious.

The owners are great and happened to be leaving as we were checking in; so it was nice to meet them. Everything about this stay was easy. The pack-n-play was great. We used the humidifiers and fans which are a nice touch. Underground parking was very useful. There is a good mix of movies and a great Sony Bravia TV. Plenty of kitchen cooking stuff for all your needs.

During the summer, Keystone is a great quiet family place. We traveled to Breckenridge twice (maybe 20 minutes away) and Vail (35 minutes away)once.

We used the pool / hot tubs 5 times and had fun watching the humming birds do their thing.

I got in a half-day of downhill MTB'ing and was very impressed with the trails (advanced-rider, not expert). The local bike rental shop is a 3 minute walk from the room and has very we'll maintained bikes.

We will be staying there again.

We stayed in this condo for 4 nights and we could have stayed 4 weeks! My son had his own bedroom and washroom while my husband and I stayed in the Master suite at the other end of the Condo. It was so quiet and peaceful (I expected to hear party-goers at a ski resort). We had some friends join us from Colorado Springs and my son moved to the hida-bed in the living room, while their son used the inflatable mattress. Our friends had stayed in condos at Keystone before, and they marveled at the spaciousness and quality of this place. It couldn't have been a better vacation for us! Great skiing, great views, great place! We'll be back!

Pictures don't do this condo justice. Beautiful, spacious & just steps from all the action. 5 minutes from the door to the slopes.
Can't wait to go back.
