Located on second floor, the unit spans the width of the building, and is a newly renovated vacation condo with open and airy floor plan. Dining and living room each comfortably seats six with sliders to balcony. Three TVs with a DVD and 2VCR's. Master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk-in closet, sliders to a balcony and a walk-in tiled shower. Guest bedroom has two double beds with a private bath.Both bedrooms have large closets. Well equipped, modern kitchen with a large peninsula counter for bar stools. Washer and dryer in the unit. Wireless internet access. Large heated pool, spa, cabana, private beach with lounge chairs and tennis court and grill on grounds.

El Presidente is located on Crescent Beach which is part of famous Siesta Key Beach where walking is wonderful. Just steps to the beach without any streets to cross. Siesta Key is a seven mile barrier island joined to Sarasota by two bridges. The sand is composed of 99% quartz. Even in extreme heat the powdery sand doesn't get hot. Sarasota is a cultural jewel where you can enjoy the Van Wezel Center for the Performing Arts, the AsoloTheater, and the Florida Studio Theater. Just a few of the many in the area.

Location is essential to this well equipped condo just a short walk on the property to the heated pool / jacuzzi and a gorgeous white sand beach.Restaurants, stores, gift shops and a post office are within walking distance. Enjoy the beautiful beach or escape to the pool and spa area where you can actually find some shade. Visit quaint downtown Sarasota by car or take a bus. Take time out to visit ST. Armand's Circle and enjoy fantastic shopping. Eat in or dine out at many of Sarasota's fine restaurants.

The complex includes reserved covered parking, heated pool and jacuzzi located beach side. Tennis court is located at the entrance. Linens and bath towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Golf: Whether you are a seasoned golfer or just beginning, there's a course for you within a short drive. Many public courses are available.

Our family spent a week at this beautifully renovated condo. Great location right on Crescent Beach. Walk downstairs to the heated pool, step through the gates to the beautiful powdered sugar sands of Crescent Beach. Condo has all you need. New kitchen, baths, furnishings. Great place to relax and enjoy beautiful Siesta Key.
