Premium Home: This property is within minutes to downtown Chicago and lies next to all major highway intersections. It is situated next to the White Sox Stadium (U.S. Cellular Field). It contains all amenities, including DirecTV with ALL MOVIE CHANNELS, free WI-FI wireless internet, free local/long distance phone and fax machine (within U.S. and Canada) and theater room. This house is perfect for those who demand a superior quality rental home during their vacation stay. This house can sleep 10. It has one King Size bed and 3 Queen Size beds. There is also the ability to sleep another two with a raised inflatable queen sized bed which can be placed in the family room or theater room. There is a 7 speaker (Boston Acoustic / Onkyo) 7.1 high-watt surround sound theater room on the top level with a 65' SXRD Sony. Retractable skylights with shades are also placed in this theater room. There is also a wet bar and refrigerator located within the theater room.
One sky lit loft office is located on the top level. One multi-use Phone/Fax/Scan/Printer is placed in the office as well with unlimited local/long distance phone/fax (within U.S. and Canada). Connected to this office is a walkout balcony overlooking the Chicago Skyline. 2nd Level - 1 Master Bedroom with 1 Jacuzzi, stone stand up shower with body sprays, and walk-in closet. There are also 2 bedrooms and one extra full bathroom on this level. 1st Level - Hosts a kitchen with all required cooking appliances, serving plates and glasses, dual convectional oven, and oversize sub-zero refrigerator. One oversize wet bar with 2 under counter refrigerators for wine and drinks.
