    This special is utilizing lower level (1300 sq ft), which includes master suite, complete kitchen, dinning room, living room with cozy fireplace, washer and dryer, garage with opener and patio with grill.
    'Off Season SPECIAL' 3 - 4 people, $160/night (2 night min. add $75 cleaning fee for one night stay)
    This special is utilizing upstairs private bedroom & full bath along with lower level (1300 sq ft), which includes master suite, complete kitchen, dinning room, living room with cozy fireplace, washer and dryer, garage with opener and patio with grill.
    $75 cleaning fee added for less then min. stay (allowed only from Oct. 1st thru May 22nd excluding holidays)
    Each reservation requires a $300 refundable damage retainer
  • This condo is one of two 3-bedroom condos. They are identical except furnished with a different theme.
    We also have two 2-bedroom condos. All four condos are in their own private wooded area with a common outdoor gathering place. All condos together will accommodate approx. 30 people. Rent multiple units for a 5% discount.

Bobcat Ridge condos. All we expected and more!

Greg & Marci: Our week at your condos not only met but exceeded our expectations for our family's vacation in ' The Rockies". Renting both condos fit our group to a T for our four children, their spouses, and for the grandchildren.Us too.
The facilities are so well kept and your little welcome touches and decor were most appreciated as well. the thought you put into the kitchen needs, cleaning supplies,the welcome basket with energy bars,etc. were a treat for kids and adults alike.
All of us enjoyed the daily visits of the cottontails and elk that passed through and our friends have silently sat through our dozens of photos with almost no complaint.
The town, national park, the trails, and your Bobcat Ridge will be in our thoughts for a long time.
Don't be surprised if you hear from us soon again.

Great time at Wild Flower condo at Bobcat Ridge

We stayed four nights at the Wild Flower condo at Bobcat Ridge. Greg and Marci had thought of everything a guest could need and more. The condo has a kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, ice, towels, dish soap, paper towels and so much more. There was sugar, flour, condiments in the frig and a welcome basket with coffee, tea, cocoa mix, granola bars and popcorn on the counter. After a long trip, it was so nice to walk into a clean and welcoming condo. We felt right at home.

The bathroom had a large shower and plenty of towels/washcloths. The shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and kleenex were provided.

There was a washer and dryer for our use and they kindly provided the laundry soap.

We only used one of the two bedrooms in the condo. It was a large room with a very comfortable bed and plenty of dresser space. Everything was very clean and decorated in the wild flower motif.

Outside, there was a private patio with a gas BBQ. To top it off, we had deer and elk right outside the condo. The condo is a couple miles from downtown Estes, but a perfect location to enjoy the wildlife and enjoy long walks along the bike path.

We will definitely try to stay at Bobcat Ridge on our next visit to Estes. Thank you to Greg and Marci for providing us with a wonderful getaway and many great memories of our time in Estes Park!

A Beautiful Vacation Condo!

We stayed in a luxury 2 bedroom condo for just a couple of nights in October, 2009, and had a wonderful time. The condo is in a great location with mountain views, and literally just a few minutes from downtown Estes Park and the entrance to RMNP. It was in immaculate condition, decorated beautifully, and we were especially impressed all of the small touches and extras that really made it a home away from home. We've stayed in hotels before in Estes, but these condos are a far better choice at a very comparable price. We plan to return again on our next vacation!

Beautiful 2 Bedroom Condo

We spent 3 nights in this beautiful 2 bedroom condo and fell in love. The size was perfect for the three of us. It is clean, beautifully decorated and we felt at home with the well equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, comfortable living room to hang out in and 2 bathrooms.

Greg was great from the beginning to the end of our stay. He called our first day to make sure everything was going well and returned our deposit promptly.

We were there in early October and didn't plan it but Elk Fest was going on in town. Also, the Rocky Mountain NP was packed with people coming to see the elk bugling. A great time of year to visit!

We also had a chance to look at one of the 3 bedroom condos - they are gorgeous. We hope to return to Estes Park and we will definitely choose Bobcat Ridge!

Aspen Grove 2 bedroom at Bobcat Ridge

We have vacationed in Estes Park for 30 years and this condo is our new favorite! We loved the views, the covered deck with gas grill, and the best stocked kitchen I have ever used in a vacation condo. The decor was lovely, and the spacious floor plan made it very comfortable - and we stayed for a month! The mattresses were great, and the linens were really nice. The many extras provided by the owner really mattered - umbrellas, hiking day pack, DVDs, coolers, first aid kit, plenty of supplies, folding chairs, etc.

We like the location on Hwy 7, making it easy to get around town and avoid the downtown traffic when necessary. Quiet neighborhood with wildlife in the yard was also a plus.

We kept busy with fly-fishing (mostly on the Big Thompson River), hiking & picnicking in Rocky Mountain National Park, festivals every weekend during the month, and live music on the Riverwalk or Performance Park downtown. We particularly enjoyed the Autumn Gold festival, showcasing 6 different bands. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in Estes Park, but the Tavern at Mary's Lake Lodge is one of our favorites. There's plenty of fun shopping too. Since we didn't have children with us this trip, we skipped our regular miniature golf tournaments (there are two great places in town). RMNP favorites include the walk around Lily Lake (south on Hwy 7) and Sprague Lake on Bear Lake Road.

I would highly recommend this condo ... the 2 bedroom/2 bath works well for 2 couples. The larger condos at Bobcat Ridge with 3 bedrooms would work better for larger families. Only one TV in this unit, which might be a problem for some families.
