Relax from the stress of the our hectic The tropical villa located in Hermosa Palms - a private,upscale gated, 24 hour guarded, exclusive community - on Hermosa Beach. BEST LOCATION, close to the pool and beach. The house is ideally situated by the pool and beach, approx. 20 yards. This villa has 3000 square feet of living space and features three bedrooms with a master suite, first floor patio with teak dining set and Costa Rican Leather rocking chairs, second floor terrace with chaise lounges and umbrella, and a third floor covered terrace with hammocks to watch the surf or a private sunset.Bedrooms include one king (pillow mattress) one queen (pillow mattress) two full. The large kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking and dining. Playa Hermosa is a world famous surfing break / consistent and excellent waves. Locals insist that Hermosa Beach has head high or better waves 340 days a year. At four miles long, it never gets crowd

My family really enjoyed coming here. It was perfect for my husband who surfs and the pool was excellent for my 4 small kids. The house was also large and comfortable. We will definitely return!
