House is conveniently located on beautiful ½ acre lot with views of ocean and access to private beach, near the Little Island drawbridge, Wianno Yacht Club, Nauticus Marina, Keepers Harborside restaurant. Less then 5 Minute drive to beautiful Dowses Beach, & Craigville Beach, New Seabury. We are located right outside Oyster Harbors. A 10-minute walk to Osterville center. In a child safe neighborhood, close public boat launch, golf, shopping, restaurants, theaters, children's museum and more. A great rental for the upscale, discerning family. Beautifully furnished. No pets or smokers allowed. All applicants will be subject to credit approval. No extra fees. We are friendly flexible owners. Photos available. Starting availability June 1, 2008.
