Only unhappy customer that we have had!

It is obvious that this customer was unhappy with his stay, if it was Mexico or our house we may never know. I personally flew down to the house,before they arrived in March to make sure everything was fine. There were a few loose ends that needed to be addressed after my departure that the previous property mgmt. company was supposed to complete. However, these things were not done when they arrived. This house is extremely nice, in a great location with sunset and sunrise views. The pictures of the house only touches on how beautiful it really is. There were a few items that were missing a microwave and hairdryer, that I have since replaced. Everything works, everything is clean, and I have hired a new property management company.
This customer was looking for a refund, and I told them no, and this why he wrote such a negative response about me and the house. With the current changes and the new services that we offer now makes our house more appealing than ever.
