A comfortable stay

Frank was extremly easy to work with. My family and I stayed in Sept. and the weather was the best I have seen it on Estero Island. The condo is just far enough away from the tourist traps that exist on the north end of the island, but convienently located near the island's Publix Supermarket and a 7-11 across the street. The beach and room are well maintained and clean. The heated pool and area provided for a private refreshing swin. The kitched had everything, except the food.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Place was ok. The bathrooms need updating. Master bathroom with peeling paint, and rusty shower curtain rod. Bathrooms very small but functional. Condo does not face beach. You can see beach and pool from lanai. Close to road so you hear alot of traffic.

Frank was a dream to work with and sounded really nice on the phone/via email. He was very flexible and made the rental process pain-free. The price we paid was reasonable, and we had to pool and beach to ourself. Great location and it was nice to have a small, intimate complex of only about 16 units . Easy walking distance to many things.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Best Vacation I have had.

Very relaxing, comfortable stay. There is so many things to do and places to go you need to do some research before you get there to be able to see it all. Stay away from the Mau Lau Hotel/Rest. Dirty, poor service.
Frank was really good and easy to work with. The property was well maintained and close to everything on the Island. We left the day before tropical storm Fay hit.
Just made it out.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We stayed at Frank's condo Mar 8-15/08 and found the place very comfortable and spotlessly clean and fresh. This roomy apartment is *fully* equipped, has a great location on the beach, and has a convenient trolley stop (.25¢ island-wide rides) right out front. Our only problem was with the included free internet, which Frank graciously fixed promptly. We give this property and host our highest recommendation and would definitely stay here again.
