This part of Fort Myers Beach is quiet and the beach is safe (no undertow!). The property is located at 2924 Estero Blvd, just one mile south of the pier and Time Square and fronts on this incredible beach.

Great location - needs upgrades

The condo was in a great location and layout was great; however, it certainly needed some changes/upgrades. There were several items that needed fixing (smoke detectors not on wall and batteries not working; one sink did not drain properly as stopper did not work). When we contacted the person we were told to contact, she indicated they would be fixed but never were. Most of the furniture and the kitchen were adequate but the bed lines/towels and mattresses needed to be replaced. Having to pay for the laundry was also a bit unfortunate but we did know that ahead of time. We had a good stay but it could have been better with the changes indicated.

AMAZING GIRLS GETAWAY!!

My friend and I spent a wonderful week at Frankies Condo! It was the most relaxing week EVER! It just a short drive from Sanibel and Captiva Island. (I suggest taking a cooler, we didn't find much to eat around there; also a toll fee to cross over) I would highly suggest visiting the beach is completely different. The condo is also a short drive from the grocery! Wonderful location and just steps away from the beach! We are planning already for a trip next year! Can't wait!!
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

A comfortable stay

Frank was extremly easy to work with. My family and I stayed in Sept. and the weather was the best I have seen it on Estero Island. The condo is just far enough away from the tourist traps that exist on the north end of the island, but convienently located near the island's Publix Supermarket and a 7-11 across the street. The beach and room are well maintained and clean. The heated pool and area provided for a private refreshing swin. The kitched had everything, except the food.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
