Home History:
This house was built by my parents in 1978 right down the street from a little cottage we rented when I was growing up. My two children spent their summers in this house enjoying all that the lower cape has to offer. In 2005 my husband and I purchased the home from my parents as it was getting to be too much work for them in their retirement years. We finished 2 large upstairs bedrooms and continued to enjoy our leisure time there. In 2007, my son graduated from high school, was accepted to many colleges that offered scholarships but chose the most prestigious school which did not offer any aide! HELP!
Instead of selling our family home,we have chosen to rent the house to well screened guests in hopes that it will bring you all the fun and relaxation we've enjoyed there.

Everything was really wonderful and comfortable. We loved the house and what a great location. The biking and walking is fantastic around there from the beaches to the neighborhoods, to the trails at Wiley Park. Thanks to your wonderful house and to your hospitality, we had a great time, thank you!

the place was great and fully stocked regarding cooking utensils etc. Am thinking about renting for two weeks next year.

We had a great time- thank you. The beach was perfect for the kids and we enjoyed the biking too. My Dad is recovering from pneumonia so he enjoyed sitting out on the deck. I think other families should enjoy the house as much as we did as it's very comfortable and a great location. I hope you keep renting as we'd love to come back sometime.
