The two other beautifully decorated bedrooms are for children &
guest with seashore decor of lighthouse, Dolphins, Palm trees &
seashells. Also on the third floor is a spacious laundry room with
oversized washer and dryer. To top it off is the second full
bathroom for the children & guests just down the hall. Our lovely
Second Floor caters to 'your' guests and grandparents with 2 queen
size sofa sleepers with posturepedic top of the line mattresses.
A Super Deluxe Gourmet Custom Kitchen with every amenity for cooking
and entertaining. Our Family room has a Floridian design sectional
sleeper sofa, that will seat everyone in your family. Another
fabulous feature is our DVD and CD multi player for total family
entertainment/enjoyment.
The Living room has a queen size sofa & love seat with an ocean blue
theme of fabrics with blue water & fish. There is also a large
sliding door to a private balcony.
The Dining Room has a large size beautiful ceramic dining table with
six chairs. Our breakfast bar area also has additional seating with
counter stools. Even when unexpected 'shore' visitors arrive 'we
have you covered' to feed and sleep them ALL!!
There is a $500.00 Security Deposit that is Fully Refundable ~ upon
inspection of our Townhouse within 10 days after you have enjoyed
your Wildwood Vacation in our Beautiful North Wildwood Home!
To reserve your week(s) for the 2010 Summer Season a Deposit of
$500.00 is due January 5th 2010.
50% of Weekly Rental Rate would be due as follows:
May Rentals Due January 15th 2010
June Rentals Due Feburary 15th 2010
July Rentals Due March 15th 2010
August Rentals Due April 15th 2010
Final Payment, the other 50% of Rental Fee due 30 Days prior to
arrival
Information on where to get the keys will be given 10 day prior to
your scheduled arrival.
Payment can be made by Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover or
