This bay side wonderful Cape Cod Ranch home is within walking distance to Dennis Village. This home is located in a fabulous family friendly quiet neighborhood right off of historic route 6A. Walk to ice cream, antiquing, shopping, the playhouse, restaurants, coffee, the playground, or the library. Bike or drive to popular Corporation or Mayflower beaches about 1 1/2 miles. The house has been completely updated inside with a Cape Cod flair. There is bead board in the bathroom and kitchen, fresh colored paint throughout and wonderful antiques. A great house for a family. Lovely large backyard with outdoor shower for after the beach and two large decks for barbecuing and dining under the stars. Wonderful plantings and fresh strawberry patch. There is also an herb garden for the chefs pleasure. If it is a rainy day the kids can play downstairs in the newly finished basement with cable tv, puzzles, and games while the parents sip a glass of wine upstairs with a good book.

  • There is a main bathroom in the hall near the kitchen and bedrooms which has bead board throughout and slate floors with a tub/shower combination and pedestal sink completely updated. The en suite master bathroom has been updated as well and has a shower. The outdoor shower is off the deck and enclosed with a fenced in area so it is private as well.

The downstairs area can accommodate 2 persons on the pull-out sofa and a twin bed as well. It is very large and finished comfortably downstairs.

Cape Cod in the Summer & Fall...: Relax in the sand on one of the amazing beaches of Cape Cod read a book and unwind. Take a stroll down historic route 6a and do some antiquing. Take a drive to Provincetown and do a whale watch. Tour the Truro Winery it is wonderful for a picnic. Drive to the National Seashore in Wellfleet and have a margarita and cheeseburger overlooking the beach at the Beachcomber. Do some shopping in downtown Chatham along main street. Take the ferry from Hyannis to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. There are so many options for the Cape in the Summer. Take advantage. This is a wonderful house and location to stay at since it is in Dennis Village on the Bay side of the Cape and in the middle between Provincetown and Falmouth. Hope to see you soon...

Golf: The property is located across the street from the Dennis Highlands golf course which is a public course as well as the Dennis Pines golf course which is down the street a short distance. There are many other fine golf courses on Cape Cod that you are more than willing to take a swing at such as Cranberry in Harwich, Kingsway in Yarmouthport, Blue Rock in South Yarmouth, The Captains in Brewster, Bass River in South Yarmouth, Bayberry in Yarmouth, Hyannis Golf Club, etc. The Cape is known for its wonderful courses.

We rented this house and it was more than we could imagine. The decks overlooking the yard were great. We will definitely be booking this house again next year. The house was not an average Cape rental.
