The cottage also offers cable TV. high speed Internet, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, outdoor shower and large backyard. Ideal for family with young children. No smoking. Walk to championship golf course, ice cream, bookstore, shopping, restaurants and more.

Great Vacaton Home Minutes to the Beach

This was my ideal vacation --a 3 minute walk to the beach, a cozy & clean house with a fireplace living room & private master bedroom upstairs.
The pictures say it all but it was even better than I expected. The backyard was large and made for great family cookouts which saved us lots of $$$ as we didn't need to eat out as much.
The owners were very accommodating and helpful which made for a very smooth transaction.
My entire family loved this spot and we plan to return next year.

Perfect family spot

The kids rode their bikes to the beach, and bike trail. And we biked to ice cream, pizza, and other dining. The bay is awesome, high tide is deep for swimming, and at low tide you can walk out for a mile. The house is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Open floor plan is great. It was a perfect family vacation!

Perfect Vacation Home for Beach Lovers

This is the perfect home to stay in for your dream vacation if you love the beach. It is a short three-minute walk to one of the loveliest beaches at the Cape. Miles and miles of sand, great for those of us who love to walk the beach.

The house was very clean and the owners took great care to make it look homey. The furniture was stylish and comfortable. There was plenty of room to accommodate a family of four allowing each of my two sons to have their own room. The master bedroom upstairs was roomy and offered much privacy. The only negative was that there was no bathroom upstairs. The cable tv, vcr and internet access more than compensated for that minor inconvenience.

It is obvious that the owners take great pride in their property as it is kept so meticulously. I would definately recommend this vacation home and look forward to spending many future summers there.

Fantastic Location

This cozy cottage provided exactly what we needed - a clean and comfortable base of operations with a super short walk to the beach. We have long been visitors to Cape Cod and appreciate rustic cottage living while we enjoy our beach vacations - this cottage provided a couple of amenities we haven't had in the past - a dishwasher, washer dryer, and wireless internet. The pictures display exactly what you will get with this cottage. We found it clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owners were easy to work with, providing prompt responses to our questions and making things siimple. Cape Cod cottage vacations aren't for everyone - I saw there was one unhappy reviewer - for some people, the amenities and services of a hotel may be more appropriate. For us, we were looking to be close to the beach and have a comfortable, clean place to rest at the end of a long beach day - we got exactly what we needed.

GREAT VACATION!!

We vacationed the last week of July 2008 and it was AWESOME!!. This is a perfect location to have your kids walk safety to the beach. There was plenty of room for myself, my husband and our 3 kids. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. My kids loved the outside shower (I did too especially coming back from the beach!!). The cottage is nicely located near restaurants and stores. We found it very easy to deal with the owners. The cottage was nice and clean. We would highly recommend this rental..just dont plan on renting for the last week of July 2009 we are planning on it!!
