Our lovely, 3bed/2baths, Florida Disney Sun-Villa is situated on the prestigious and sought-after Florida Pines Community located off the US Highway 27, midway between SR 192 and Interstate 4 (I-4). It is perfectly situated for quick and easy access to Orlando's famous attractions as well as trips to the beaches, but provides peace and tranquility after an exciting and hectic day. The villa is very tastefully furnished, fully air conditioned, offers free solar pool heating, free local & international calls, free high speed wireless internet access and sleeps six people. The lounge/dining room has large comfortable sofas and cable TV with DVD/VCR player. Access to the screened and free heated south facing pool (for maximum sunshine) is through sliding glass doors from the family area.

The pool has under pool lights and the deck has pool side furniture & can be flood lit for enjoyable evenings. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer with ice dispenser. There is also an automatic washing machine and dryer in the 2 port garage which is accessed from the kitchen.

There are very good restaurants/diners, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, tourist centres, a massive 24-hour Walmart Superstore and top golf courses including the Greg Norman designed 36-hole Championsgate, all a few minutes drive from the villa.

As well as the villa's own private pool, Florida Pines has a large communal swimming pool and a large children's play area. It is only about half an hour from Orlando International (MCO)Airport and about 45 minutes from Sanford Airport. Nearby attractions include the Walt Disney theme parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet ‘n’ Wild and other Water Parks, Shopping and Fishing.

Golf: There are excellent golf facilities nearby with over 60 fantastic courses open to the public including the new Greg Norman designed “Champions Gate” (a double 18 hole Championship Course) minutes away. Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, The Kennedy Space Center and Busch Gardens are all about an hour’s drive from Florida Pines.

For a family with children.
Near the attractions of disny but not too close.
Near restaurants and shops 5-10 minutes driving.
