Adult Golf Course Community (one person 55 or older) in great location - located 30 minutes West of Phoenix Airport and close to I-10 Freeway, quick access to Phoenix and surrounding area. Easy to get to all Spring Training Ballparks, Cardinal Football Stadium, and Cultural Districts in the Phoenix Area. Restaurants, grocery store and other shopping near by. The home is located on the Sundance Golf Course with view of the White Tank Mountains.

1,800 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, den, beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops, large double garage with additional space for golf cart. This home is highly upgraded and beautifully decorated. It has an exceptional patio area including a private pool with water fall and built in stone barbecue with gas grill, refrigerator, and eating counter, and all of this on the golf course with a view of the mountains. The master suite has double sinks, large glassed in shower, a garden tub, and a huge walk-in closet. The entrance to the home has a gated court yard. The 2+ car garage has an electric door opener. Front court yard and golf course patio are made with pavers.

The Community Recreation Center has two heated pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, and a billiards room. There is also a fully equipped Fitness Center, a Lounge and Restaurant. All the facilities have great views of the golf course and mountains.
