How close to the beach?: This gorgeous home is located across the street from Fort Lauderdale's beach access. It is approximately 100 steps to the beach. It is in an exclusive 'million dollar neighborhood' that is patrolled by its private police. It is safe and the most family-oriented neighborhood in For Lauderdale. People will come from all over the area to bicycle, roller blade, run, and power walk pass this beautiful home!!!
What is the rate and is it negotiable?: I specifically priced this home to book fast. I wanted to create a special place for families and friends that is affordable and a true value. This price is designed specifically for families that need an alternative to hotels because of the amount of family members and friends. It is priced 75% lower than any hotel in the area equipped to accommodate large families. As far as other homes in various sites, this home is truly unique due to its breathtaking views and quick easy beach access. It is a true deal and priced as such. I do not lower price unless I run a 'special' . One price for everyone.
