We were so happy with our stay that we decided to extend our visit. Access to the beach and bike paths was wonderful. The pool is one of the nicest. Additionally the property was close to EVERYTHING, including Trader Joe’s. I would highly recommend and looking forward to next year.

We had the most marvelous time in Santa Barbara this past winter staying in your beautiful condo at El Escorial. It truly made out time there memorable. The location was perfect. We were able to walk across the street to East Beach Grill for breakfast with friends, access the bike path along the oceanfront and enjoy the art show every Sunday. We look forward to returning next winter.
