This Sub-Penthouse is well-equipped with kitchen, laundry, a/c, ceiling fans, balcony with broad ocean view, two off- street parking, I pod/alarm music system, elevator, TV/CD/DVD player, water reserve and full electric generator back up systems. You can enjoy banana boat rides, sea skiing and snorkel, rides at the beach for fishing, scuba diving and sunset cruises available at the condo beach. I chose to buy in this location because the beach is great, the people are very friendly, the sunsets views are amazing from the condo or beach, the area is safe and everything you may need is close, mostly walking distance.

What makes this condo unique

Seconds to the beach in a very safe area. Our small bldg recreation area includes a nice pool and gazebo, BBQ, lounge chairs, beach gate, elevator, two off street private parking, water reserve and electric generator etc.. Our sub penthouse has a bigger balcony with amazing sunset view. It has a gas bbq, complete kitchen and laundry including regular and microwave ovens, big fridge, It is also very comfortable for readers (some novels included). You will love it.

Beautiful Condo, beautiful view and comfortable!

My wife and I stayed at this condo with our kids 2 girls. We had an amazing time. They really enjoyed waking up with the beautiful ocean view every morning and spending some time on the balcony reading or eating breakfast. For me there are a number of great surf spots close by. Not only did we love the property, the comfort, the plus of the two bathrooms and well equipped kitchen and the view. The neighborhood is quiet as the property and it's grounds are very well maintained.

Additionally, through the reservation process & our stay the girls (Liz and Charleen) were always available and helpful with any questions.

I would absolutely recommend staying here

Wonderful location and spectacular view!!!

We stayed in the Caribbean Sea View in August/September and had a great time. The unit was well furnished and very clean and the overall facility was super. Bed was very comfortable. The pool area was very well kept. Very conveniently located...Bakery, restaurants, water sports just down the street and an easy walk into downtown Rincon.

Nice beach chairs and towels.

We're ready to go back!

Enjoyed my stay even though we had a minor upset with the sofa bed, but was resolved quickly with an alternate double high aerobed. Other than that, had a lovely time and will definitely recommend. Great customer service.

The Apartment was great!

The apartment was great, the bedrooms were spaciusand the beds comfortable. We had a wonderful stay in the Caribbean sea View. The location was very convenient for getting to all the activities in Rincon. The staff were very helpful in meeting our needs. The apartments are so much more comfortable than a hotel rooms. The local original art work was beatiful.
