Our 2300 square feet condominium is on the 6th floor of a small 6 condo complex. The complex has one very large infinity pool that views the entire bay. Each bedroom has its own bath. A fully-equipped kitchen and a water purification system. Large outdoor terraces with dinner seating for six inside or out. Flat screen TV with DVD and satellite service. Washer and dryer and A/C and ceiling fans in each room. Open the folding glass doors (24 FT) and have the living room and terrace be all one room. An elevator takes you to each floor.

Zihuatanejo is an old fishing village. The town has the old Mexico in it. Six miles away is the town of Ixtapa which has many high rise condo's and resorts with all the wild night life. Zihuatanejo is laid back and on a small bay while Ixtapa is on the ocean. Snorkleing and water sports within the bay. More outside the bay and off Ixtapa on a day island visit. Many restaurants, stores and the Old Mexican Market as well as many local vendors with their wares throughout the town. All within walking or a short cab or bus ride.

It has been my experience that usually the property sounds and looks better in the pics/write-up than the actual accomodation. This on is not the case. It was a gorgeous condo with SO MUCH outdoor living space. The views were spectacular from everywhere. We spent all of our time outside on one of the lovely terraces The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the a/c kept our bedroom oasis's cold. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. The pool was impeccably clean and grounds delightful. The other residents at the condo were kind and helpful. Can't wait to get back. Mary K.
