*** Room to Move *** this floor plan is one of the largest 2BR Condos at Las Palomas! **Child and family friendly!** Built in 2007, this beautiful 1636 sq.ft. Condo is extremely open and spacious with 10 1/2' ceilings and full floor-to-ceiling window views of the Sea of Cortez. You can enter the expansive 430 sq.ft. covered patio through any of 3 large sliding glass doors. The Master bedroom has its own access to the patio along with full ocean views. Located on the 3rd floor, you will be high enough to allow for privacy, but low enough to take the stairs instead of the elevator if you wish. The finishes are nothing but top of the line: (full kitchen with top appliances, Granite countertops, Dual zone A/C & heat, floor-to-ceiling Marble throughout both bathrooms, 12' X 24' tile floors with beautiful tile in-lays throughout) just waiting for you to make this place your temporary home. We have made our condo very child friendly with sand toys, games, books, and movies.

Great Weekend Get-a-way!

My friends and I had just finished our Master’s program and were looking to relax and have fun. This place by far exceeded all of our expectations!! Perfect place to stay for two couples.

The condo was nicely decorated, very clean, and had all the amenities you could need and more. Great view of the ocean and easy access to the pools, lobby, and dinning.

The owners were very helpful and responsive. They answered all of my questions, since this was my first time traveling down to Rocky Point and made booking the trip easy.

I would definitely recommend this place!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
