This Villa really is 'your home in the sun'. As one of the original properties in 'Aldea de las Cuevas' Villa Fulmar occupies one of the best positions on the mountain. With stunning views to the Med, the house is entirely self-contained with superb living accommodation and a beautifully landscaped outdoor area. There are two additional vacant plots surrounding the villa giving a feeling of spaciousness and providing complete privacy for guests. That leaves you with nothing to do but relax in your own secluded paradise

Located midway between Alicante and Valencia, the Villa is approximately an hour's drive from either Airport, both of which have daily connections to most major European cities. Denia and Javea are the closest towns offering great shopping, beaches and nightlife. However most guests find the facilities at the villa so good many choose to spend much of their time relaxing by the pool, taking the breathtaking views and enjoying all that this Spanish Villa has to offer. We're in no doubt that once you've been once, you'll be hooked!

For the more adventurous:: Historic Denia and Javea are a short distance away with 22km of beautiful award winning sandy beaches and fantastic restaurants. Lovely picturesque inland villages can be found in the Jalon valley, Algar waterfalls, Caves, Aqualandia water park, Terra Mitica theme park, Safari park and Mundomar sea animal park are all within 40 mins drive. All types of water sports, mountain biking, rock climbing, go-karting and hand gliding are available in the local area. Ferries to Ibiza and boat trips along the coast are available from Denia.

We are a large family of eight and booked Villa Fulmar for two weeks in June 2004. The web site does not do it enough justice, the villa was beautiful, large enough for our family and very well equipped (even tennis rackets to play tennis at the tennis club) The people at the tennis club were very friendly and welcomed us straight away. Good food there too! The two local towns were brilliant with their large array of beach front restaurants,evening markets and beautiful sandy beaches, what more could you ask for. The location of Villa Fulmar is simply breathtaking, large gardens, a simply fantastic private pool which we enjoyed immensely.We had
evening dips with the outdoor lights and pool lights on and we loved the privacy the villa afforded. The outstanding views of the mountains and the med are still fresh in our minds. We enjoyed it so much, not one of us wanted to leave, we felt two weeks was not enough time to fully explore the region. We had a fantastic holiday.
