Description of the Park City vacation house rental
The home is located in the community of Summit Park, Utah; between Salt Lake City and Park City. A short drive off the freeway and up a small hill and you will be surrounded by tall mature pine trees and mountain views. You and your family and friends will think that you are in a Scandinavian mountain village. A snowy wonder land in the winter and a cool retreat in the summer. The house is a modern 3,300 sq. ft. home that has 3 levels, it has 6 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 fully equipped kitchens and plenty of seating areas for everyone to find a spot to enjoy the views. It boasts 2 large floor to ceiling windows to let in the sun and the views, 7 covered balconies to enjoy the fresh air and a large wrap-around deck which is 50 ft. long by 20 feet wide where a large group of friends can relax while others can soak in the hot tub or a small wedding can be had. There is a full bath on each level, laundry area up-stairs. TV/DVD payer, Internet connection, many family movies, toys and games.

The home is centrally located along highway 80 between Salt Lake City and Park City. It is in a mountainous community by the name of Summit Park. Lovely, private and secluded surrounded by tall pine trees but close to all the activities that Utah mountains and Salt Lake City and Park City offers: city lights, skiing, water skiing, bosting, hiking, ATV riding, and most of all relaxing and enjoying the company of good friends and families.

- The bedroom with a king bed, has its own covered, private balcony and a small seating area. The two bedrooms with a queen bed each also have their own private balcony. Two bedrooms are small but fit comfortably a bunk bed each. The last bedroom has 2 bunk beds in it. The upper loft is spacious but there is no privacy. It is a favorite of children, has 1 bunk bed, a day bed and a trundle bed, also there are some toys here and a wood burning stove. All the bedrooms have views and none of them face a wall or a neighbor's house.

Access for a wheelchair is good. The front porch of the house has 2 steps to a landing and two more steps to the porch and the main entrance. The main level of the house has not other steps, There is a bedroom and full bathroom on the main level. The main kitchen and largest gathering room in on this level; also there are 3 covered balconies on this level. Someone using a wheelchair would be able to stay on this level, have his/her room, have access to a full bathroom, move about from the kitchen to the gathering room to the balconies to enjoy the view and fresh air without any further need to negotiate more steps.
