CHARMING ISLAND STYLE GETAWAY

I worked hard to select the right place for my Santa Barbara retreat. I looked at countless homes and hotels. I am so happy to be able to share this great find with others who are looking for a get away cottage filled with loving touches. Even a kitchen that has fresh olive oil, a carrot peeler and a blender! Really nothing was left unthought of. Every request was quickly filled. I loved the sunny deck space, the colorful painted interior, the cheerful bed quilts.
The property was so clean, the bath tub so comfortable, I just wish I lived there!

We spent almost three months in this wonderful cottage and purely enjoyed this lovely place, which made us feel like we were in paradise!
The rooms are very bright and delightful with lots of charming details, and the location is simply perfect: being surrounded by tropical plants in the fabulous garden enabled us to relax in privacy and being close to downtown Santa Barbara meant that we could even walk to some of the cafes and restaurants.
We would love to come back!

Very good vibe to this cottage. Small but cozy. Nice separation of space when traveling with children. We didn't use the outdoors much, since it rained during our visit. But the inside was a cozy place to curl up and read. There was a concert at the nearby amphitheater one night, which was actually kind of fun to enjoy from afar. In retrospect, wish we had gotten tickets and joined in. Only downside was it wasn't terribly central for walking... we found that we used the car a lot. We ended up renting a bike and enjoyed tooling around the area. Would definitely stay here again. It's a winner.
