Summer Heights is a relaxed and restful haven conveniently located to town, shops, restaurants and West End beaches. It's an easy 10 minute drive to Road Town where you will find the three main fully stocked supermarkets. The closest beach is at Long Bay, a ten minute drive west and Smuggler's Cove, which we think is Tortola's best beach, is just another few minutes further on. Nanny Cay Marina, a watersports and boating centre, is less than five minutes from Summer Heights. Here you can rent snorkel gear and arrange to go SCUBA diving. A 4WD rental vehicle is suggested to make the most of your visit to Summer Heights.

  • The four guest rooms all have ensuite bathroom with vanity basin, toilet and walk in shower. The poolside suite has a toilet, bidet, his and hers vanity basins and a large walk in shower. The half bath with toilet and wash basin is located adjacent to the lounge for day use.

  • At the west end of the property, just along the deck from the lounge, are four similar, air-conditioned king bedroom suites with baths. The two lower suites open onto a semi-shaded deck hung with a double hammock while the upper two suites open to private balconies. The fifth poolside suite opens onto the pool deck. Each suite features a beautiful, teak king four-poster bed, and has its own cable TV with VCR. All suites have ocean views.

If you are looking for the place with the best views on the island, Summer Heights it it! Lots of outdoor living space. Fully stocked bar and even breakfast food in the refrigerator upon arrival. Centrally located yet totally secluded. Perfect for four couples or a family with kids (like us)with the four master suites. Each kid had their own room. Priced right.

We stayed here mid July, but I'm just getting around to writing this review. The villa is AMAZING we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The hospitality was wonderful as well. Very easy to book. The owner met us and took us to the villa when we first arrived. We used our points to book which was an outstanding deal. Next time I'm in Tortola I know who to call for a place to stay!!
