This home is in pristine condition both inside and out with well maintained gardens. All bedrooms are fully carpeted with tile flooring throughout the rest of the house. Located in a private gated community with a Lake view to the rear of the property. The house has spacious room with 2600 square feet of living space Pool in screened Lanai overlooks a lake with wild life present ( American Eagles, Turtles, Alligators and Birds of all types. Hurricane Protection. All windows are protected on the outside with clear, corrugated panels .Front door and large sliding doors to the rear of the property are protected by aluminum concertina panels

What a romantic and relaxing vacation!

What a house! Had everything we could need and then some. Seen great sunsets from the jacuzzi. Wonderful setting, seen all kinds of wildlife. Even watched the animal control people come and take out an alligator. (was told they do this when they get bigger) Keith is great! He's the best we've ever done business with and made us feel like we were part of the family. We'll be going back again! I have already given out info on the house to several people. BRAVO!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent property - very highly recommended

This is a superb property in a great location very close to Siesta Key (one of the best beaches in the USA), the shopping malls, restaurants and golf courses.

We had a fantastic holiday, very relaxing and we enjoyed alligator spotting - in the lake behind the property not in the pool!!

The whole process of renting was amazingly easy, Keith was super to deal with and very considerate of our needs and comforts both before, during and after the holiday.

Highly recommend the property and the service, if you are looking for a great holiday with no hassle rent this villa.

A very nice house and area!

This house is perfect to rent if you are travelling with or without children! It is a nice area with friendly neighbours, close to restaurants and to many beautiful beaches, clean house, very friendly and service-minded owner etc.

Better than home!

We fell in love with this great place and have already booked for next year, albeit a shorter time as it was already booked for February a year in advance!

Keith was wonderful to deal with and kept in touch the whole stay. We felt like we knew him by the time we came home.

Peaceful, gated community, luxurious, in a great area with lots of amenities - and there really are alligators in the lake!

I would recommend it to everybody except that I want it for myself!!
