Third Arrondissement, one bedroom, Rue Bailly. Designer style and cozy this 50 m² (550 sq ft) 1 Bedroom apartment situated in the very center of Paris on Rue Bailly. Sleeps up to 4 people on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of an ancient building, on a quiet street. Secure digi-code building entry. This apartment was remodeled by one of the owners of the 2 Costes Hotels and you will see the same quality here. Wooden floors painted in white, preserved wood beams and modern furniture, this apartment offers an elegant mix of style. The entrance leads you into the open living and dining area where you find a Phillipe Starck designed bistro style wood and marble table with 5 chairs, a large comfortable custom sofa that is a comfortable bed for 2, bookshelves custom built from the Conran shop, and a large window that has a nice Parisian view of the street. We loved the apartment! It was comfy with a
GREAT SHOWER (rare for Paris) and bathtub, and all
luxuries you can wish for when traveling away from
home. I'v stayed in quite a few rentals in Paris, and
this one by far was the best.
We stumbled by accident (because of its proximity)
to one of the greatest museums my kids and I have
ever been to: Arts et Metiers, right outside the
metro that leads to the apartment as well. The
metro which is right outside also provides a direct
line (3) to the Opera where you can take the
Roissybus to the CDG airport which drops you off in
front on your terminal like a taxi. Great place, great
