Description Of Property: This home is furnished with antiques which gives it a cozy ambiance; the 8 ft farmhouse table comfortably seats ten or use the other small tables located in the dining area for extra seating. The house is set on a beautiful wooded dune with 19 steps leading from the large lighted parking area down to the house & another 18 steps takes you down to the bottom of a small dune; it takes about 25 small steps to get to the top of the dune & then it gently slopes down to the water. There is a wide spacious beach with a fire pit right on the beach. The house is surrounded by woods just waiting to be explored. From the front deck which faces west, you have a spectacular view of North Manitou Island & North and South Fox Islands & you'll enjoy watching the freighters which constantly ply these waters.
