Conveniences of Our Unit - Ocean Pointe: Our cleaning crew is very particular so you can be assured that every detail has been covered in preparation for your arrival. Our unit is on the 3rd floor with easy elevator access. Our layout is approximately 1400 sq ft, with many windows, making it bright and airy. Each bedroom has a private full bath, and each is equipped with a hair dryer and extra mirrors. You will have the convenience of wake-up calls and voice messages. Whatever extras you need, we have thought about them in advance.

Grand Stand Area Activities: North Myrtle Beach is a wonderful family and golfing area filled with beautiful homes and a quieter pace away from the hustle and bustle. Within a short distance to the Grand Strand are hundreds of restaurants, theme parks, and entertainment venues. They include Planet Hollywood, NASCAR, Broadway at the Beach, Hard Rock Café, Night clubs, Tanger Outlet Mall and Barefoot Land for shopping, amusement parks, and Broadway-caliber shows to thrill you at night. And so much more!

NOTES: *This is a non-smoking unit. *No boats, RVs or motorcycles (HOA rules). *Must be 25 yrs to rent this unit. **We DO NOT rent to high school or college students, or to singles in a group under age 25 - sorry no exceptions. * We love pets but unfortunately they cannot be guests (HOA rules).

Golf: For the golfers there are more than 100 world-class golf courses in the area – bring your clubs. Our Welcome Book inside the unit includes details of all local activities, restaurants, etc with addresses and phone numbers for convenience in making reservations so you can map out your day or night before leaving the unit. Come and relax, make this your 'HOME AWAY FROM HOME' – don’t you and your family deserve it!

This is the 6th straight year we have stayed here and it is a perfect place. It was always clean, but since the new owners took over 2 years ago it is even more of an inviting condo. It is very clean and inviting and like the other reviews say close to the beach. Having the pool is also a big plus and it so family friendly. Making my reservations now for year seven.

This was our family's first visit to Myrtle Beach and it was a perfect one. We're a family of six, and the space was just the right size. The kids enjoyed having their "own" bathrooms and tvs in their rooms. This made down-time at night a breeze. Loved having the washer and dryer too, very helpful with a baby! The condo was clean and cozy, we all felt very comfortable.
Our family loved Brookgreen Gardens, Fire Island Restaurant and Medieval Times.

Very Nice accomodations

Condo was a great place to relax with easy access to the beach. No ocean view because of the high rise across the street and it's not within walking distance to shops or resturants so get some basic supplies before you arrive. With that said, the value was excellent for 3br, 3bath with very nice pool and elevator to third floor. The stairs are right outside the front door of the unit so that's the quickest way down but it's nice to have the elevator going up. My family stayed 3 nights in perfect October weather so we didn't want to leave. We would certainly consider staying again in the future. The owners of this unit were extremely helpful and accomodating when we had to reschedule due to the death of my father-in-law. The absolutely only negative is no pets. We have a small West Highland Terrier for which we saw two at other condos and caused us to be homesick for our Abby. I wish more owners would allow small dogs with a pet deposit. Even non-refundable would be better than living them at home when they're part of the family.
Owner's Response: Debra and her family stayed at our unit during off-season so we were glad we could accommodate them with new dates when requested. Our unit has two views of the ocean, one from the front bedroom (where the lake meets the ocean) and one from the master bedroom (looking out past the balcony). She is correct that our HOA does not allow renters to bring their pets. So if you see pets in the building they belong to unit owners.

We look forward to Debra and her family coming back soon and welcome you and your family in the future!

Perfect Vacation Spot

My family stayed in this beautiful Condo and had a wonderful time. The condo was clean we felt at home the moment we walked in the door! Before we departed we had already begun planning our trip back. Without hesitation, we would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean and spacious "home away from home" vacation spot.

Great Vacation Spot

My family stayed here and we had a wonderful time! We fell in love with the closeness to the beach. The condo is clean and comfortable with lots of space. It truly felt like our home away from home. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great beach vacation spot. We would definitely stay here again!
