This Destin Florida Vacation Home, 'Out Of Africa', is located just short walk to either the pools (2 min) or ocean (7 min). Our house is fully equipped with everything from free WIFI internet to dishes, laundry appliances, and a recently upgraded HD flatscreen TV! Destin is a beautiful area with many things to do for all ages. With the teal ocean, white sand, and beautiful weather, Destin has it all to make for a memorable vacation. We are located 2 Minutes from community pool and 7 minutes from the ocean. There are many great places to eat on the beach (some walking distance). We are relatively close to golf depending on which course played. Boating, golf, shopping, outlet mall shopping, sun bathing on beach, bowling, bike riding, restaurants, fishing, basketball, beach volleyball, parasailing, water sport rentals are all very close.

Food: We are located very close to fine dining. There is a great place called 'Captain Dave's' on the beach that is within walking distance from the house. There are many seafood places located along the beach that one can drive to.

Ocean: We are located at about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach where you can use the community beach house. There are two pools. Both are located 2 minutes away. There is a community shuttle that will provide rides to and from the beach.

Walking distance to beach
Access to beach pavilion - bathrooms, outdoor shower
Immaculately clean and very well maintained
Beautifically decorated
All the comforts of home- all appliances, cookware, TVs
Conveniently located in town to stores and restaurants
Secluded enough in quiet, private community
Highly recommend to everyone!!!
Very relaxing and peaceful
Quick, responsive Management service;
We called the mgmt. service one day, b/c cable was out, and our call was returned within 15 minutes on a weekend. Great service!
Very family friendly, or romantic getaway too.
Do need car to go into town to shop.
Don't need car to walk to beach, however, recommend wagon for toting beach supplies.


Area:
Beautiful beach with white sand.
Beach town with all the beach activities:
swimming, building sand castles, waverunners, parasailing, dolphin spotting, fishing, etc.
Recommend Gulfarium, beach, pool, IHOP, and Nat'l Aviation Museum nearby for families.
Purchase fish from seafood stores and cook yourself rather than dine at $20 per entree area restaurants.
