2 Bedroom Duplex Apartment located in the Orange blossom region of the Costa de Azhar on the Mediterranean coast. This is a well presented two bedroom apartment with sea views and large roof terrace for private sun bathing. The Apartment is in walking distance of all the main shops, restaurants and miles of sandy beaches.

The Complex has a shop and cafe and lovely lawned gardens and large pools. Laundry and cleaning included in the price.

There are lots of activities locally Swimming,Golfing,Cycling to name a few.

Spanish Heaven!

We have just returned from an amazing fortnights holiday in this lovely apartment.
Good layout on the first floor for dining outside the front overlooking the pool. Double sofa bed converts easily into a firm double bed . Well supplied kitchen with everything you would need and more besides. Downstairs loo on this level.
You Climb a beautiful set of marble stares up to a twin and double bedroom and the door onto a private sunbathing terrace .

Double bedroom has pool view and twin bedroom has partial sea views as does the sunbathing terrace.
Little private storage cupboard off sun terrace includes the washing machine and things to take to the pool and beach.
Sunbathing terrace also has BBQ for lazy summer nights.

Lots of towels and fans and bedding made life easy.
I would say the apartment was traditional rather than contemporary.
The apartment was very clean and well maintained on arrival.
I would recommend getting a map of where this apartment is in the complex as we found it very difficult to find with no number on the wall. It is upstairs overlooking the pool .

We were the only English family staying in the complex at this time and it was very useful to be able to speak Spanish. Lots of Spanish and French holidaymakers.

The on-site restaurant was excellent with the set menu of about eight euros.
The gardens are fantastically maintained to a high standard . There is a children's pool but no children's play area.
The main resort supermarket is a short walk down the road .Fve minutes stroll down hill to the centre of Alcossebre, town and beach.
Loads and loads of tapas restaurants , Pizza restaurants even the Chinese buffet!
We found the chicken takeout very useful situated near Santander Bank .
We travel down by train and didn't have a car and found this easy enough to do. Everything we needed was within walking distance.

This apartment is in a great complex within easy walking distance of Alcossebre. The town itself is big enough to find places to eat/drink/relax, with a great beach. With no "high-risers," it also remains unspoilt. Alcossebere is a great base to drive to Valencia, Benicassim, Morella, Peniscola & other places of interest, within an hour or so or less, but watch those tolls & go on the coast road!
The apartment itself was clean, functional & plenty big enough for 2 adults & 2 teenagers. There is no air-conditioning, but there were plenty of fans!
The owner was easy to contact & prompt to respond to any requests. Booking was made easy because of this.
We would come here again, if in this part of the world & would recommend it to others also, particularly if you have kids & want to avoid most Brits. Most of those on the complex were either Spanish or French. The restaurant/cafe on sight was also excellent, with really friendly staff & the main (air-conditioned!) supermarket a 5 minute walk away.
I would suggest the photos don't really do the place justice & maybe could be updated. Also, the photo of the lounge isn't actually the lounge itself. Not a major problem & easily rectified.
All in all we had a terrific stay. Thank-you.

Great holiday in Alcossebre

The apartment has all the facilities to have a relaxing holiday. You have the choice of sun bathing on the roof top terrace or relaxing by the large swimming pool complex. I enjoyed BBQ and eating on the front terrace facing the swimming pool. It is only a short walk to the marina and sea front where there are lots of bars and restaurants which stay open to the early hours of the morning.
It is a geat place for couples and families

Totalmente recomendable. La estancia es tal y como se anuncia. La comunicación con la propietaria, perfecta. El apartamento es una monada y de él destacaría el acceso directo a la piscina y jardines y el solarium de la planta de arriba, por decir algo, pero en general nos ha gustado todo. La urbanización también está muy bien, sitio muy tranquilo y muy bien cuidado.

Buena situación, buen complejo.

La atención de la propietaria en todo lo relativo a las gestiones de la reserva ha sido excelente, rápida y confiable (es necesario escribir los correos en Inglés).
La urbanización es bastante buena, indicada sobre todo si se va con niños o adolescentes.
La ubicación es muy buena, a unos minutos andando del centro del paseo marítimo, que recorre todas las playas. Nada más acceder al paseo marítimo por el punto más cercano hay unos bares restaurantes muy recomendables para tomar algo y comer pescado fresco a precios muy razonables, a nosotros nos gustaba especialmente Valentín. Para volver hay una ligera pendiente que se puede hacer un poco pesada después de la playa o de comer, aunque no es un problema importante. También es importante tener en cuenta que al estar prácticamente en el centro de Alcossebre, dispone de todo tipo de servicios muy cerca (supermercados, farmacias, etc)
Alcossebre tiene unas playas y calas excepcionales y aun en pleno agosto y con gran afluencia de turismo, no estaba masificado y los precios eran razonables. Lugar recomendable que combina playas, paseo marítimo, gatronomía y unos excelentes senderos en la sierra de Irta y en la zona de las calas, al norte.
En cuanto al apartamento, la descripción es correcta. En mi opinión el precio es muy razonable y dispone de todos los utensilios necesarios. El único inconveniente es que no tiene aire acondicionado ni toldo en la terraza principal y a veces se echa de menos, especialmente por la tarde, aunque hay ventiladores por todos lados.

Alcossebre is one of the most pleasant unspoilt resorts in the Costa de Azahar. It is backed by hills covered with pine trees and has superb safe sandy beaches in small bays which stretch for miles along the Mediterranean coast. It has excellent bars, restaurants and shops and also a busy little harbour full of yachts. To the North a footpath follows the coast for about 15KM all the way to Peniscola, an ancient fortress town. There is a choice of airports Valencia and Reus being the closest, the budget airlines Easyjet and Ryanair fly to these destinations for cheap airfares.
