Payment Procedure:
20% of the Total must be received at time of booking. Balance is to be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival. This will automatically be taken from the Credit card we have on file, unless we are advised of alternative payment method before your balance is due. Upon receipt of full payment, directions and key instructions will be given.
To book on line you must have a valid credit card (Visa, Master Card or Discover). There is additional 13% Florida Tax on the rental.
Check In - Check Out:
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
CHECK IN time is any time after 4PM on the day of arrival. If you would like to request an early check in time of 12pm onwards please call our office for availability and pricing.
CHECK OUT time is 10AM on the day of departure. Failure to depart by this time may incur a charge equal to one day’s rental.
The details for check-in and check-out with instructions for keys pick up will be provided after payment is made.
Cancellation Policy:
If you should have to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing immediately. A credit card number will be requested at the time of booking, and failure to cancel in writing may result in the initial deposit or final payment being charged to the credit card. If payment was made via check or wire, a refund in the form of a check will be issued. All cancellations are subject to a $50 administration charge.
Written notification received more than 43 days in advance, 100% will be refunded
Written notification received 22 – 42 days in advance, 50% of the total amount will be refunded
Written notification received 7 – 21 days in advance, 25% of the total amount will be refunded
Cancellations made 1-6 days in advance of arrival, no refund will be allowed.
