This is a spacious home. Enjoy conversations with one another while indulging in appetizers, drinks or desserts in an indoor Bar Area. Don’t worry there is plenty of seating for everyone with an attached sitting room. An open loft is where you will find the living room. This large space is suitable for evening games, conversation or just a place to stretch out. Enjoy the loft while practicing yoga, meditation or if you are looking for a quiet area of the house. We have a library of books, DVDs and games. There are front and back patios for sunning, bird watching or waiting for the iguanas that nest nearby. Casa 770 provides linens and towels. No need to fill your suitcase with beach towels, we provide them also. This elegantly furnished, non-smoking residence has: -three bedrooms: -one bedroom with a king bed -two bedrooms that can be either two twins or a king as you wish -two large bathrooms

Notes: This immaculate house has a fully-equipped kitchen that will suit even the gourmet cook in your party. Pick up local fruits, vegetables, breads, beverages and seafood at the Town Square or travel to the Supermercado (grocery store) located in nearby Cancun or Playa del Carmen where you can purchase everything from soy milk to a New York Strip Steak. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, water cooler, toaster oven, convection oven, Jenn-air grill and blender. If you decide an outdoor fiesta is in order, pick up some charcoal at the Supermercado and enjoy the traditional Mexican grill on the front patio. The spacious dining room accommodates six people with plenty of table space. Minimum Age Limit for Renters.

This is a rare find, in that it is far from the Hotel Strip in Cancun, and inside a quaint little town, but it is not removed from civilization!
The authenticity of Mexico is right there in the neighborhood of this casa. If you don't mind a little dust (through the screens) a little gecko peeping (in the mornings) and your Spanish is good enough to find some deals at the small markets, then this is for you.
We snorkeled and visited the nearby ruins and walked a lot around the area. Any of the small Mexican restaurants in Puerto Morales are fine dining at a great price. Be sure to visit the ice cream store in town too.
