You won't find a nicer small condo. The condo sleeps up to 6 - a queen size bed in the master bedroom, two bunks in an extra wide hallway, a sofa sleeper in the living room . Features include 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, dishwasher, granite counter, new appliances, new furniture and a new walk in tiled shower and wi-fi.. The pool, gazebo and barbeque area take up the entire backyard and is shared only by four condos. It's the nicest pool and backyard in a small complex on South Padre Island. Wow, what a place to gather with family and friends. It is located in the middle of South Padre and is near restaurants and shopping and most important it is only 1 block from the beach.

We made a last minute decision to stay at South Padre Island. There were 4 of us, senior citizens. We found this condo on line and spoke with the managers who were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and found a very friendly cleaning lady getting the condo ready. When we were able to go in we found a very neat, comfortable and very clean condo. We were able to take a short walk to the beach, which was convenient. We recommend this condo if you need a place to clean up and sleep.

I highly recommend this condo for families who want an affordable, clean & safe place to stay that is close to the beach. The 2 bathrooms and the large kitchen were super convenient and the pool was a real plus. The owner and manager are very nice and easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.
