Oceanfront Condo --Discounts- -Spring & Summer Rates

My wife and I spent a week at this condo in August 2010 and we had a fabulous time. The condo was right on the water with views of the pool and the Atlantic. It was close to shopping in Barefoot Landing and a multitude of great restaurants. The people at ODVR were great helping us with whatever we needed and making us feel at home. There was a stocked kitchen and plenty of beach chairs to use so we didn't have to bring anything but our bathing suits! We can't wait to call Bob and Karen to book our trip for next year.

From the moment we entered we knew we would enjoy our stay. We immediately walked out onto the balcony to take in the gorgeous views. Living room furniture was very comfortable to relax in, better than most rentals. All of the rooms were clean with linens and full amount of towels. I had the pleasure of staying in the room with the king bed which was very comfortable. I slept so soundly I missed beach time! The pool is also very nice and clean. Great little Irish bar next door to enjoy some afternoon drinks and Barefoot Landing is close by with some good shops and restaurants. Brunch at House of Blues is the best deal! Also, great outlets and golfing nearby. The owner must cook because the kitchen was completely stocked. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils we needed for our whole group.

It is extremely helpful that the owners are actually in town with an office close by if you need anything. They are a wonderful couple that will help you with whatever you need. They recommended some great breakfast places and restaurants known to “locals”. They give you a discount card available for restaurants and golf.

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation,but still wqnt easy access to night life, shopping, restaurants and golf, April here is perfect. I highly recommend this condo for your next stay in North Myrtle Beach!
