Enter the doorway, up a short staircase into a cathedral ceiling living room with a wall of windows overlooking the 10th fairway of New Seabury's Ocean Course. Two large bedrooms with adjoining baths are on this floor. Eat in the kitchen or dine alfresco on the deck overlooking the course. On the lower level is a family room with pull out sofa and game table. There is a sitting room and a jacuzzi spa. Go out to the fully enclosed 7 foot gradual depth pool and relax pool side. An outside shower is near the pool. Within walking distance is the Popponnesset Marketplace, home of the famous 'Raw Bar', serving their lobster rolls. The marketplace also has many unique shops and restaurants. There is mini-golf and on weekends, a family-style music and dancing fest go on. There are many biking/walking trails and also tennis and fitness. The children's museum is about 3 miles away and Mashpee Commons, which has many upscale shops and restaurants is 5 miles away. Golf privileges are available.
